Our 2-night stay in the family room here was great, as we had access to various amenities including a fridge and glassware.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, with FAMILY atmosphere and particularly good location not far from the city center, and Chau Doc.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. the owner's son was great, taking us on a scenic drive to Sam Mountain and the bird sanctuary. He even helped us find a delicious and affordable local restaurant. the hotel itself was really nice with a comfortable bed and great amenities like Wi-Fi and AC. We also appreciated the option to rent motorbikes for exploring. a fantastic experience!

The staff at this hostel were absolutely amazing! Tran Anh Hao, the owner's son, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He organized fantastic tours to the Forest Park and Cham village, floating fish houses, and floating market at a great price. The value for money was excellent, with affordable motorbike rentals and comfortable accommodation. The hostel also offers easy check-in and out, as well as assistance with tours and transportation. The receptionist, Hao, was incredible, driving me around and even taking me to Mount Sam for a breathtaking sunrise. He also arranged my bus ticket, saving me a trip to the station. The hotel itself was great, with comfy beds and all the necessary amenities like free Wi-Fi and AC. Thank you, Hao, for your mind-blowing help and kindness!

I stayed at Haivan for a few days and had a great experience. The staff went above and beyond to help me with any needs I had. They even came to my room to fix things and called a bus to stop at the hotel for me. The owner's son, Tran anh hao, was especially nice and arranged two tours for my family at a very good price. The rooms were clean and it was a good value for money. it was a pleasant stay with helpful and friendly people.

the haivan hotel in chau doc was super clean and very close to the center. the staff here were so helpful and even woke me up in the morning as i had asked. i also got some great local insights from them - which was really cool. overall - the service at this hotel was outstanding!
